JOB SUMMARY:

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment and under the direct supervision and direction of a Occupational Therapist. He / she administers comprehensive Occupational therapy modalities/regimens to clients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative Occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

The Occupational Therapist Assistant (PTA) must possess the following qualifications:

• Current Georgia COTA licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions.
• One year of previous COTA experience in a home health setting (Preferred)
• Comfortable Driving 5-6 Visits Daily
