The Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, dedicated and disciplined Product Manager to play an integral role on our Product team. You will work closely with all members of the company to deliver the best possible products to our customers.  Ideal applicants will have 1 to 3 years experience working on a high traffic web-based business. Experience with e-commerce and transaction processing products a huge plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Analytics using Google Analytics, GoodData, and our internal Data Warehouse.

  • Steward collaborative problem solving processes across departments

  • Manage and document inbound development requests and bug reports

  • Support and lead new feature development

  • Help maintain a high level of release quality

  • Plan and conduct user testing

  • Plan and monitor A/B testing

  • Lead or support other products as assigned

  • Manage product development for the Liftopia portfolio of products

  • Drive new feature documentation and curate documentation of existing product functionality

  • Actively contribute to solving UI/UX challenges with the development and product teams


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the e-commerce/tech industry working on web or mobile applications

  • BA/BS degree

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Extremely well organized and able to multitask

  • Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong detail orientation with ability to pull back and see the big picture

  • Driven to learn, always asking the right questions
