What You’ll Do

Simply put, as the General Manager, it’s your job to grow the business. This is done through sales and marketing to drive new players and teams, and by leading and growing your team. You will report to a Regional Manager who will provide extensive training on the facility and administrative operations processes and methodologies that have made us the industry leader. (Basically, you’re going to get everything you need to be super successful)

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Willing to work nights and weekends - 3pm to 1am is normal (seriously… people play at night and on weekends)

  • 2+ years successful sales experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience operating or managing a facility

  • 1+ years Formal leadership/Supervisory experience

  • Detail oriented and organized, with excellent prioritization skills

  • Demonstrated skill in coordinating a variety of tasks

  • Heart to serve customers and team members

Preferred:

  • Soccer knowledge/experience as a player, coach or running a soccer facility

  • Successful Customer Service/Customer Resolution experience

  • Team sports knowledge/experience

  • Working knowledge of business financials

  • BONUS POINTS if you are bilingual Spanish
