The role: Sales Account Executive

As a key member of Lenddo's launch team in Mexico, you will prospect and acquire new partners for Lenddo in Mexico.  You will establish relationships with key client decision-makers including C-level executives.  You will maximize client revenue by account management and promoting improvement ideas both as a dedicated consultant to the client. You will up-sell additional Lenddo products for key partners.  You must be able to monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify risks to the business; contribute to the growth and strategic direction of Lenddo's products and services.  The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for this role will be Number of Qualified Loan Applications from Marketing Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background partnering with HR departments of companies and/or other partners whose employees and/or clients would benefit from Lenddo's loans products.



  • Prospect and acquire new partners for Lenddo Mexico
  • Analyze and match Lenddo's loan products to customer requirements.
  • Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Conduct research in the assigned industry sector utilizing various resources (internet, publications, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Manage, implement and report out on the agreements with our partners
  • Lead research and creative brainstorming for potential partners
  • Report to management periodically with metrics and data to support successes of marketing partnerships


  • 2-5 years of sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets, preferably in new business acquisition.
  • Penchant for sales and the internet, with a desire to learn.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional selling opportunities.
  • Relevant experience of consultative sales and account management
  • Ownership/pro activeness: Recognize when something needs to be done and you step up to do it. Proactively seek feedback from colleagues and guidance when needed.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of working effectively with senior leaders, peers, and external entities.
  • Must possess fluent verbal and written language skills in both Spanish and English.
