Customer Service Champion - Bogotá

The role: Customer Service Champion
 

You will support the growth of Lenddo’s loan portfolio, focusing on member customer service and support, explaining how to apply for a loan and answering any questions our members may have.  KPI is customer satisfaction and number of activated loans.

Responsibilities:

·      Make outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries through call, text and email with members

·      Update CRM system and make follow ups as necessary
 

Requirements

·      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

·      At least 1 years experience in call center, ideally making outbound calls

·      Ability to communicate in written and spoken Spanish, with some English required - fluent English a major plus

·      Banking or credit card or insurance experience a distinct advantage

·      Great customer service skills
