Human Resource Generalist

As a key member of our HR team, you’ll manage all aspects of the employee journey including new hires, pay and benefits, employee changes, and exiting employees. You will perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Using Microsoft Suite and our HRIS, you’ll create, generate, analyze, monitor, and update various ad hoc and custom reports for administration, evaluation, reporting, and presentations. We have an immediate opening. 

As the front-line for employee interaction, you’ll keep sensitive information confidential and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and judgment in the application of policies and procedures.   You’ll use your problem solving, business judgment, creativity and resourcefulness to anticipate and prioritize activities and balance multiple, often competing, demands with a sense of urgency, rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
