Technical Project Manager

Our development team is a powerhouse of talent, our marketing and design teams are amazing forces of creative ambition and execution, and sometimes all of that productivity can get a bit out of order. We're looking for an organizational dynamo who will keep track of all the moving pieces involved with web based projects and initiatives in an Agile environment.
As project manager you'll be responsible for:
  • Using JIRA to track all project tasks including updating tasks, collecting time, updating progress, and correcting the projected schedule, as necessary 
  • Funneling requirements from marketing, product, and design to technical development team
  • Preparing status reports
  • Understanding and pulling data from various sources using SQL queries 
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating weekly team meetings
  • Communicating technical requirements
  • Gathering and coordinating status updates from all stakeholders on a daily or weekly basis
  • Keeping track of project deadlines and communicating status as needed
  • Writing project reports as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager or project coordinator role
  • Experience working with a software development team required
  • 3 years of experience working with Agile projects
  • 1+ years of experience in the role of Scrum Master
  • Technically savvy around programming, web development, and/or ecommerce
  • Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management software (MS Project, Basecamp)
  • Knowledgeable in reporting via Excel required
