Direct Channel Sales Representative (Work From Home Position)
LD is looking to expand our team and we are searching for experienced sales reps who like to work hard and play hard!

LD reps create and build consultative, long-term relationships with Government, Education, Municipality and Business Enterprise organizations nationwide.
If you have Gov/B2B sales experience and motivation, we have the business model for your success.
Establishing and expanding relationships with key executives and decision makers
Outbound calling to potential and established customers daily
Positioning LD’s product offering as a strategic advantage to our customers’ long-term needs
Maintaining LD’s values and Philosophies of Success
Occasionally Traveling and attending a variety of conferences in and out of your home state (up to 10% of time)
Proven Track record of at least three years successful sales experience
A strong work ethic and the self-motivation to work remotely and not be micromanaged.
Curiosity & Tenacity. You will need to overcome objections and educate customers on the value of doing business with LD and its products.
Coachable. If you can sell, we can train and hone your skills to become successful in our industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems in addition to basic computer knowledge
Strong organization and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills to aid in building relationships with your customers and coworkers.
Likeability. You probably know already that “people buy from people they like” and this is very true in our industry – We treat our customers like guests and friends.
Sales and Account Management Experience
Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Communication
Government Sales Experience
Hungry inside sales leaders with a proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic and be professional.
$55K Base plus commission, medical, dental, and vision benefits. LD invests in all aspects of your wellbeing.
Sales goal program to accelerate your salary to $80K overtime plus commission.
First 6 months $500/month activity-based bonus
70-80K projected first year earnings.
80-100k projected second year earnings
100% Work from Home
