Marketing Project Coordinator


Who’s on first? Sometimes it’s a bit hard to tell with all of the activities and initiatives of a successful team environment.

Our marketing team is a talented group of wonderfully creative and organized individuals who work together really well in driving traffic and ultimately, revenue. We’re looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to assist with streamlining projects related to all areas of this great ecommerce marketing team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and analyzing data for reporting and various online initiatives
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues from multiple departments, including the technical development team
  • Assisting with project planning
  • Program testing, tracking, data collection and profiling, targeting, metrics and analysis
  • Competitive/marketplace research
  • Internal routing
  • Assistance in the creation of marketing launch presentations, campaign summary reports and maintenance of monthly/weekly reports and deliverables
  • Coordination of execution and implementation of marketing initiatives and metrics

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator, or similar
  • 1+ years in an ecommerce or otherwise web-based organization
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros)
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools, software, channels, etc. (CPC, CPM, SEO, SEM, Analytics, Commission Junction, social media, etc.)
  • Familiarity with technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, databases (Access, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
