Our call center and order fulfillment center are both based in Long Beach. We have won the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award for customer service for 6 straight years and expect to win each coming year with our growing team.
Are you ready to join us?
• Provide our customers with exceptional service via email, telephone, fax and live chat regarding order status, payments, refunds and basic information about our products and services.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to our customers
• Fulfill customer’s needs by cross sell/up-sell office supplies as appropriate
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to effectively handle difficult customers
• Ensure operational and technical issues are communicated to management team
• 6 months+ experience in customer service and/or inside sales
• Ability to navigate websites and find necessary information
• Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Positive thinker; team oriented
• Multi-tasker with a passion for making customers happy
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• 1-2 years experience of call center or customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish
• E-Commerce, On-Line retailer and/or Catalog service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of office supplies a plus
Compensation / Benefits:
$14 / hour - Not Commission Based
