Affiliate Channel Coordinator

The Affiliate Channel Coordinator is a busy role that requires a professional background that includes exposure to some combination of the following: affiliate networks, negotiation, account/vendor management, media buying, and event/project planning. The role also requires strong professional skills in MS Excel, general organization and task management, oral and written communication, and time management. 


Execute the day-to-day operations of multiple email and web affiliate programs, including:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on all affiliate program data
  • Manage affiliate applications
  • Deploy/load design assets in Cake
  • Process invoices
  • Manage promos
  • Participate in affiliate calls and respond to affiliates

As the Affiliate Channel Coordinator you will work closely with the project stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of each program. Responsibilities in this area include:

  • Draft affiliate communications
  • Calendar scheduling using MS Outlook
  • Project coordination for meetings and events
  • Use dashboards and spreadsheets to analyze program performance and generate client reports
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor affiliates’ marketing methods to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with each program’s terms and conditions
  • Communicate with affiliates to ensure compliance with program guidelines, to keep up to date information, and to enforce guidelines and best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or other supportive role 
  • 1-2 years of online marketing experience
  • Familiarity with both email and web affiliate programs
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel a must
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or other web technologies a plus
