Talent Management Program Manager

Lake Shore Associates (LSA) is looking for a Talent Management Program Manager to support our client’s project. We are looking for a Program Manager that can provide leadership, execution and thought partnership for our client’s Talent Management process transformation by driving strategic objectives and delivering talent processes that improve the overall business result. This resource must have a strong understanding of client needs; works well in a cross-function team environment and is results-oriented.



  • Collaborate with the Human Resource and other cross-functional teams to review, refine and execute talent management processes.
  • Actively engage with other Program Managers on information requests and best practice sharing, etc.
  • Provide process thinking and expertise related to specific talent processes including, but not limited to, performance management, leadership development, talent reviews, employee engagement, and competency assessment and development.
  • Provide external thinking and thought leadership to the HR Team to ensure best practices, consistency and quality of programs.
  • Support the functional execution of the talent management processes with the client’s sales organization, including roles & responsibilities clarification, talent reviews, skills assessment, and individual development planning.


Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years or more experience in leading Talent and HR development programs including training, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement and competency modeling.
  • At least 4+ years’ of consulting experience working with large clients and executing enterprise programs.
  • Experience working in or with the Sales Organization in a Talent Management capacity is preferred.
  • Proven experience deploying and executing industry-standard Project Management Methodologies.
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent presentation development and delivery skills, with ability to inform, influence and impact at senior executive levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related technical field.
