Lake Shore Associates (LSA) seeks Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultants adept in spearheading global change management initiatives spanning diverse IT capabilities to expedite transformative endeavors. We prioritize candidates boasting a robust track record in crafting and executing change management strategies, particularly within the realm of large-scale organizational programs.

The Skills You Bring

· Manage and implement core OCM activities (change planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications, and training materials).

· Facilitate change management tasks and the creation of deliverables.

· Working with cross-functional teams to execute change strategies and activities.

· Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of awareness, performance, and readiness for change.

· Align key organizational stakeholders to the change.

· Partner with organizational leadership, communication, learning, and business support teams with integrated change management activities for all target audiences.

· Identify potential resistance areas of the affected audiences and create mitigation plans and activities to reduce project risks.

· Prepare comprehensive change and transition plans.

· Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

The Expertise You Have

· A minimum of five years of experience in Change Management consulting is necessary.

· Demonstrated proficiency in navigating global change management, collaborating across diverse business entities spanning multiple countries.

· Proven experience deploying and executing industry-standard Change Management. Methodologies such as Prosci, Adkar, etc. certification preferred.

· Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading best practices.

· Demonstrated excellent writing and oral communication/presentation skills.

· Desired familiarity includes expertise in quick service restaurants, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT across various industries.

· Bachelor’s degree.
