Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating customer projects related to sales orders, quotes, and customer interactions. Operating in a shared-services environment, this role involves prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources, and overseeing the execution of multiple project plans. The coordinator supports projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

This is a Full-time onsite role in Tustin CA. No relocation or sponsorship is available for this position. Rate of pay: 63k-80k Dependent on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service issues, and technical concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide comprehensive information about company products, services, and policies.
  • Order Management: Facilitate the quote process, process orders and returns, and manage other service-related activities.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and maintain logs of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; minimum 5 years of professional experience preferred, with at least 2 years in customer service or order management.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects using sound business judgment.
  • Strong collaboration skills; capable of working across teams and departments to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear presentations.
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Lighting Industry a plus
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Committed to completing assignments within the timelines established by management.
  • Ability to assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
