The Role
We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between clients and our technical team. In this role, you'll help gather and document what the client needs, turn that into clear tasks for our engineers, and keep everyone on the same page throughout the project. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals, create detailed documentation, and support testing to make sure everything meets expectations. You’ll also help identify ways to improve existing processes, support product demos, and lend a hand to project and client managers when needed.
What You'll Do
- Supports communication between project stakeholders and technical teams
- Assist in conducting and Document Gap Analysis processes with clients
- Translate customer requirements and requests into work items for engineers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business needs.
- Assist in developing and executing test plans and scripts to ensure that deliverables meet requirements.
- Analyze requirements to align with business goals and project scope
- Demonstrate product releases to clients
- Support user acceptance testing by the client
- Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and resolve requirement-related challenges during the project lifecycle
- Provide support to Project and Client Managers as needed
- Provide client support as needed
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years experience analyzing project process problems and finding solutions
- A knack for translating tech talk to business folks (and vice versa)
- Sharp analytical skills that cut through noise to find what matters
- Familiarity with Jira and DevOps
- Excel wizardry that makes data tell its story
- A talent for asking the right questions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience that wows us)
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
