The Role
As our Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between our big ideas and making them happen. You'll dig into data, uncover insights, and help us make smart decisions that propel us forward.
What You'll Do
- Turn conversations with stakeholders into actionable requirements
- Create visual maps that make complex processes crystal clear
- Dive into data to find patterns others miss
- Test new features and make sure they actually solve real problems
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product folks to bring ideas to life
- Present your findings in ways that make people say "aha!"
- Help shape our product roadmap with your insights
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years experience analyzing business problems and finding solutions
- A knack for translating tech talk to business folks (and vice versa)
- Sharp analytical skills that cut through noise to find what matters
- Excel wizardry that makes data tell its story
- A talent for asking the right questions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience that wows us)
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Bonus Points For
- Experience with SQL (queries that make databases sing)
- Familiarity with data viz tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Startup experience (you know how to move fast and pivot when needed)
- Agile methodology know-how
