Customer Service Coordinator

About Us:

Knix Wear is a high tech intimate apparel company based in Toronto. Using patented technology and beautiful designs, Knix Wear is setting out to redefine the intimate apparel industry by creating products that combine fashion, function and fit. In 2016 Knixwear launched its Evolution Bra which became the most funded fashion project in Kickstarter history! Also seen in Women's Health, Forbes, Fast Company, Shape, Dragons' Den and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, and live chat

  • Constantly optimize the customer’s experience and help develop best practices and processes

  • Master our internal management system in order to understand the full customer journey and efficiently maintain customer relationships

  • Effectively think through problems and determine the appropriate solution based upon logic and common sense

  • 40 hour work week including shifts on both weekdays and weekends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or college diploma

  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to re-prioritize effectively when necessary

  • Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Energetic, positive, patient, and adaptable

  • Committed to learn every single day

Bonus Points:

  • 2-3 years experience managing a customer service channel for a startup

  • 1-2 years experience working with 3PL's and ERP systems

  • Experience with Shopify

  • Experience with HelpScout

  • Experience with Zendesk
