Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the Product Design team to identify the appropriate set of materials, quantities and delivery dates.
Interact with domestic and overseas vendors to negotiate prices, execute sampling and approval proces, ensure quality and margin targets are hit, and delivery dates on track.
Execute purchasing and receiving transactions in systems
Work collaboratively with design, product development and operations teams to ensure on time, on budget delivery of our product to end customers.
Track and manage inbound shipments, coordinate with logistics providers and production team to increase visibility to delays and creatively resolve problems to minimize impact

Adapt to quickly figure out a way to get things done and to assume new responsibilities as needed. Excellent organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills are musts.
Detail-oriented. We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do. We care deeply about the details.
Resourceful. You see a project from idea stage through successful completion - and whatever it takes to make it a success, and your job will be fast-paced. Hurdles are inevitable, but you take it upon yourself to take ownership, assess options and get something done.

1-4 years of experience in a similar business or function: apparel, toys, accessories in operations, sourcing, purchasing, product development
Experience managing projects, calendars, product development process or logistics all a plus
