Responsibilities:

KiwiCo is looking for a multitasking go-getter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to inspire your team members to keep them focused and running smoothly. Your role will be to manage the process of our physical product development - from concept stage all the way to the hands of our young customers - with the highest level of quality, and to ensure hand-offs between all functional areas are smooth, timely and error-free.

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Define tasks and required resources

  • Manage the project resource plan and budget

  • Create schedule and project timeline

  • Track deliverables

  • Support and direct team

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Lead quality assurance

  • Monitor and report on project progress

  • Manage project issues, risks and actions

  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

  • Evaluate and assess result of project

 

 

Requirements:

We seek team players with an infectious positive energy and a get-it-done attitude.  Candidates must thrive in ambiguity, love a rapid pace and have a strong desire to learn and improve.​

  • 5-8 years experience as a project manager

  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Attention to details

  • Proactive problem solver

  • In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures

  • Proficiency in project management software tools
