We are looking for an experienced content marketer who can lead KiwiCo content marketing to drive awareness, acquisition and engagement across channels.  We’re seeking a storyteller who is passionate about our brand, strategic, analytical and innovative in their approach to acquiring and engaging customers.

  • Lead content marketing and PR.

  • Create and execute content marketing strategy and editorial calendar to drive new subscriber growth.

  • Develop PR strategy and manage campaigns and external agency/consultants.

  • Collaborate with product design and digital design to produce high quality, engaging video, images and written content.

  • Create compelling short and long-form content for a range of media (blog, social, online, print, broadcast) as both an editor and a writer.

  • Manage and improve programs such as: influencer (blogger), ambassador, user generated content and affiliates.

  • Use our existing data infrastructure to conduct analysis and identify improvements to existing programs and new opportunities.

  • Augment your data driven understanding of the customer with insight from usability studies, user interviews and feedback.

  • Design and implement effective content marketing experiments. Analyze and communicate results, learn from what doesn’t work and further optimize and scale what does work.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of relevant data-driven content marketing experience.

  • Proven ability to conceive and implement successful content marketing programs holistically from channel, to creative/content, to purchase, to lifetime value.

  • Strong understanding of consumer and/or children's products and marketing to parents.

  • Success managing PR campaigns.

  • Excellent editing and writing skills with demonstrated ability to adopt a company’s voice and positioning to be compelling to a given target audience.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent data analysis skills - expertise with Excel and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with Sprout or other social media management tool.

  • Agility and aptitude to create strategic marketing plans and do hands-on implementation.

  • Care deeply about the quality of your work and how it impacts customers and brand.  We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do.

  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, take initiative to solve problems, and practice good judgement, all in the name of seeing projects from idea stage through to successful completion

  • BA/BS degree
