Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and quantitative marketer to drive acquisition from paid marketing channels, by identifying and implementing optimization opportunities across the entire marketing funnel.  We’re seeking someone who is passionate about our brand, analytical and innovative in their approach to acquiring and engaging customers.

  • Drive new subscriber growth across key acquisition channels through campaign creation, analysis and optimization of the full-funnel experience.  Channels may include, but are not limited to: email, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords & display, Bing, Pinterest, You Tube, Snapchat, affiliate networks, content networks, direct response TV, direct mail, in-store retail, marketplaces.

  • Use our existing data infrastructure to conduct analysis and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Augment your data driven understanding of the customer with insight from usability studies, user interviews and feedback.

  • Design and implement effective marketing experiments. Analyze and communicate results, learn from what doesn’t work and further optimize and scale what does work.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of relevant data-driven consumer marketing experience.

  • Excellent data analysis skills and expertise with Excel.

  • Proven ability to conceive and implement successful marketing campaigns holistically from channel, to ad unit, to landing page, to purchase experience, to lifetime value across two or more of the following channels: email, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords & display, Pinterest, You Tube, Snapchat, affiliate networks, content networks, direct response TV, direct mail, in-store retail, marketplaces.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Agility and aptitude to create strategic marketing plans and do hands-on implementation.

  • Care deeply about the quality of your work and how it impacts customers and brand.  We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do.

  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, take initiative to solve problems, and practice good judgement, all in the name of seeing projects from idea stage through to successful completion.  

  • BA/BS degree

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with the analysis tools we use: SQL, Looker, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap, New Relic.

  • Experience with international, cross-border ecommerce.

  • Experience with Marketo.

  • Experience with Magento.

  • Proficiency with front end development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap), image creation and editing sufficient to enable you to create landing pages, modify existing web pages and implement Optimizely experiments.  

  • Experience marketing children's products and marketing to parents.
