Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help improve the quality of our digital product and our QA process. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to test, build and execute automated tests. You will play a vital role in implementation and establishment of quality processes for the KiwiCo digital team. You will report to our head of engineering. Your primary responsibilities include:
Work on new features from start to finish, from planning, design to production delivery
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for our web applications and RESTful APIs
Execute manual tests for new features and bug fixes as well as create and execute automated test cases
Convert manual test cases into reliable, repeatable automated tests
Develop, manage, and maintain automated suites for functional and regression testing
Work closely with developers to ensure software handoff, bug fixes, and continuous regression progress for timely releases
Work with the CS team on reproducing bugs in our bug tracking system and work with development in verifying the fixes and features
QA Experience - 5+ years of experience in web application QA testing. Strong experience building automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or TestCraft.
Smart/ Analytical - Able to assess and analyze complex problems and figure out the best solution. Experience using data to drive product strategy and growth.
Communications/ Collaborative - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial - Thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with uncertainty. Able to multitask and willing to wear lots of different hats. Able to work under pressure and successfully drive multiple projects simultaneously.

Education - BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience
