Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Product Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced product design team. You’ll support the development of new physical products, and ensure that our existing products maintain our high standards for quality. You’ll get to work with a variety of cross-functional partners, including designers, illustrators, editors, and sourcing members, to drive products that touch millions of kids all over the world. Responsibilities include:
Coordination of product reorders and enhancements. Coordinate between the product design, editorial, graphic design, and sourcing teams.
Hands-on quality review of product proofs, components and kits. AKA you get to build lots of awesome hands-on projects and provide feedback to improve designs!
Ownership over file organization, spreadsheets, and product documentation for product assets.
Own the coordination of product testing sessions, and assist the team with product testing prep and execution.
Assist with product made-ups for photo/video shoots as well as PR requests.
Own materials, tools, and space organization for the product design team.

Adapt to quickly figure out ways to get things done and to assume new responsibilities as needed. Excellent organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills are musts.
Detail-oriented. We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do. We care deeply about the details.
Resourceful. You see a project from conception through successful completion - whatever it takes to make it a success. Hurdles are inevitable, but you take it upon yourself to take ownership, assess options and get initiatives done.

B.S. in Engineering, Science or Design.
Proficient in Adobe Suite.
