As the Office Coordinator, you will be working with the People Operations Team to help create an amazing work environment and culture for our KiwiCo employees. The Office Coordinator will perform a variety of functions necessary to run an efficient, professional office. These functions will include friendly and timely greeting of incoming visitors and employees, providing excellent customer service, overall office & kitchen supply management and general administrative support. Please note that the role will predominantly be remote at this time but will require occasional trips to our office in Mountain View on an as needed basis.

Provide support to our employees and help make KiwiCo an awesome place to work by maintaining shared spaces in the office and making sure essential supplies are stocked, clean, and functioning.
Facilitate team meetings and company wide events via video conferencing
Managing the company’s IT assets and providing minor IT support to employees
Coordinate inbound and outbound delivery and shipment requests
Serve as an ambassador of the company and think of creative ways to promote company culture.
Excellent customer service, communication (both written and verbal), and cross group collaboration skills required
Strong follow-through skills and ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple projects
Bachelors degree required (all majors are welcome!)
1+ years of relevant experience
Solid computer and web apps proficiency (G-Suite, specifically Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
