Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and quantitative marketer to drive acquisition from paid social marketing channels, by identifying and implementing optimization opportunities across the entire marketing funnel. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about our brand, analytical and innovative in their approach to acquiring and engaging customers.
Full understanding of daily management of Paid Social - FB, Instagram, Snapchat and Pinterest. Drive new subscriber growth through campaign creation, analysis, and optimization of the full-funnel experience.
Efficiently manage large budgets to maximize visibility, clicks, and conversions.
Own the metrics - pulling data daily and optimizing campaigns to CPA goal and overseeing creative pipeline
Research and keep up on industry trends. Conduct competitive intelligence scans/benchmarking and develop strategies to adapt to changing environment
Design and implement effective marketing experiments. Analyze and communicate results, learn from what doesn’t work and further optimize and scale what does work.

2+ years managing paid social campaigns in-house or for an agency. Deep working knowledge in FB Ads Manager
You thrive in a data-centric environment, advising on Business Process Improvements (Identify inefficiencies in existing workflow and improve them), building reports and dashboards.
Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Agility and aptitude to create strategic marketing plans and do hands-on implementation.

Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, take initiative to solve problems, and practice good judgement, all in the name of seeing projects from idea stage through to successful completion.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with the analysis tools we use: Looker, A/B Tasty, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL.
Experience with international, cross-border ecommerce.
Proficiency with front end development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap), image creation and editing sufficient to enable you to create landing pages, modify existing web pages and implement A/B tests.
Experience marketing children's products and marketing to parents.
