KiwiCo is an innovative eCommerce company that sparks kids’ creativity and curiosity through offline and online materials and inspiration. We offer kids a delightful, engaging way to explore, create, and learn; and arm them with the creative confidence and tools to change the world. Our core offering is a subscription service that delivers hands-on projects to kids of all ages. We also have an online store and a content hub for families. We take great pride and ownership in the products and experiences we design and in the community of parents and kids we serve. Our office is located in Mountain View, within walking distance to the Caltrain station. Currently, we are working remotely. As guidelines permit, we will move to our plan of hybrid, remote/in-office work.


Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and quantitative Growth Marketing Manager to create and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive growth for our new businesses (Store, International, Schools & Groups). We’re seeking someone passionate about our brand, analytical, and innovative in their approach to acquire and engage customers. This role will be critical in accelerating our growth. This Growth Marketing Manager will report to a Senior Director of Marketing and partner closely with other cross-functional teams.  

  • Responsibility for driving customer growth across key acquisition channels and marketing programs for our new businesses (channels may include, but not limited to: Facebook ads, Google adwords & display, affiliates, and influencer)

  • Propose, design, and implement new programs that drive the growth of our new businesses

  • Direct data collection and analysis to measure effectiveness of campaigns, draw insights, and communicate with larger team

  • Continuously learn and iterate our marketing programs to continuously improve growth outcomes

  • Research industry trends and competitors to stay on top of industry benchmarks and best practices

  • Lead key customer and channel performance analyses to drive marketing insights

  • Partner with the new business team to execute against the brand's vision for new business growth

  • Pitch, create, and execute experiments aimed at driving new business growth


Required Qualifications

  • Analytical. Solid analytical skills, you're a strong believer in testing, measuring and optimizing

  • Experience.  Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience with acquisition marketing for consumer goods/ website    

  • Passionate about customers. You love learning and developing relationships with customers and prospective customers through key acquisition channels

  • Hands-on, "get things done" mentality. You have the ability to create strategic marketing plans for key acquisition channels, and love to "roll up your sleeves" to execute as well.

  • Collaborative. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, as well as confidently make presentations to senior management

  • Detail-oriented. We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do. We care deeply about the details.

  • Resourceful. You see a project from idea stage through successful completion - and whatever it takes to make it a success. Hurdles are inevitable, but you take it upon yourself to assess options and get something done. You thrive in a fast paced, small company environment

  • More about you:  You're motivated, dynamic, strategic, creative, results-oriented, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial with excellent judgment and exceptional communication skills.
