Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and quantitative marketer to drive acquisition from paid marketing channels by identifying and implementing optimization opportunities across the entire marketing funnel. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about our brand, analytical and innovative in their approach to acquiring and engaging customers.
Manage Affiliate Network to recruit and activate new affiliates and optimize current affiliate marketing performance
Partner with Affiliate Network to plan, book, and manage promotional campaigns with potential partners, influencers, and media companies.
Manage affiliate requests and develop profitable affiliate marketing channel engagements
Vet potential publishers and their sites to ensure they meet established criteria including brand alignment, content quality, promotional tactics, etc. and make recommendations accordingly
Analyze and leverage data-based insights on performance and competitive landscape to innovate offerings
Work cross-functionally to successfully implement new campaigns, materials, and content for Affiliate marketing programs.
Examine existing programs from a strategic standpoint; contribute new ideas about how to optimize initiatives.
Optimize marketing budgets and drive investment strategy within Affiliate relationships

Familiar or prior experience with Affiliate, Influencer or experience with programmatic buy on digital marketing channels a big plus. Strong partner management skill
You thrive in a data-centric environment, advising on Business Process Improvements (Identify inefficiencies in existing workflow and improve them), building reports and dashboards.
Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Agility and aptitude to create strategic marketing plans and do hands-on implementation.
Care deeply about the quality of your work and how it impacts customers and brand. We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do.
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, take initiative to solve problems, and practice good judgement, all in the name of seeing projects from idea stage through to successful completion.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5+ years of experience
Experience with analysis tools.
Experience with international, cross-border ecommerce.
Proficiency with front end development (HTML, CSS), image creation and editing sufficient to enable you to create landing pages, modify existing web pages and implement A/B tests.
Experience marketing children's products and marketing to parents.
Experience managing affiliates/influencers.
