Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and quantitative influencer manager who will be responsible for building and scaling a strategic, always-on influencer program to drive growth for KiwiCo. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills and a proven track record working directly with top-tier talent, agencies, and managers to deliver high-concept influencer campaigns to drive conversion. The ideal candidate has a strong familiarity with the influencer landscape and an understanding of how brands leverage talent to support full-funnel marketing objectives. 

  • Develop, drive and execute always on influencer strategy to support KiwiCo, including end to end management of developing briefs, reviewing influencers, direct outreach, contracts/agreements, and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Identify, build and manage relationships with influencers and agencies to support agile growth opportunities based on insights. 
  • Continuously manage and optimize influencer campaigns to ensure that business objectives are met to drive volume, consideration, subscription, and sales.
  • Work cross-functionally to align influencer programs with key campaign beats to develop highly engaging and effective 360 and 180 marketing campaigns. 
  • Ensure influencer programs are aligned with key growth audiences at the right time on the right platform to maximize engagement and audience acquisition efforts.
  • Partner with analytics and insights teams to gather data and establish new reports and dashboards.
  • Identify key insights from research and data that help inform content, audience development and campaign planning and optimization. Prepare and deliver findings to key partners.
  • Monitor social trends, influencers on the rise, best practices, and provide competitive analysis.
  • Pull weekly campaign marketing reports and regularly analyze performance on KPIs to optimize ROAS goals. 
  • Develop test plans and apply data driven techniques to optimize sales including: frequency testing, messaging testing, offer testing, segmentation / audience targeting

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-5 years managing influencer campaigns for a brand or an agency 
  • Analytical. Solid analytical skills, you're a strong believer in testing, measuring and optimizing
  • Experience. 
  • Passionate about customers. You love learning and developing relationships with customers and prospective customers through key acquisition channels.
  • Hands-on, "get things done" mentality. You have the ability to create strategic marketing plans for key acquisition channels, and love to "roll up your sleeves" to execute as well.
  • Collaborative. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, as well as confidently make presentations to senior management.
  • Detail-oriented. We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do. We care deeply about the details.
  • Resourceful. You see a project from the idea stage through successful completion - and whatever it takes to make it a success. Hurdles are inevitable, but you take it upon yourself to assess options and get something done. You thrive in a fast-paced, small company environment.
