As the Director or VP of Data Sales, you will be a senior individual contributor and own the scaling of our Data as a Service business. This is a career defining role and you will be solely focused on profitably scaling our rapidly emerging audience data business. Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed all revenue targets for the Kinetic Reveal data solution sold directly to marketers, agencies, or via partner channels.

  • Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close new DaaS business for Kinetic Reveal

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding and an ability to articulate the value proposition and competitive differentiation of our solution

  • Maintain subject matter expertise related to data driven and programmatic advertising

  • Develop and maintain a viable sales pipeline and accurate forecast

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience selling Data Products or Data Solutions to brands or marketers.

  • History of strong, relationship-based strategic selling and rapport-building with client organizations. Ability to identify client needs and win internal support for them is a must.

  • Able to effectively prospect, qualify, and solution sell to the right decision makers.

  • Existing rolodex or base of clientele in the Data ecosystem from major brands or marketers.

  • A senior level presence with the ability to inspire trust and represent Kinetic with senior execs at top tier brands.

  • Proven experience in a quota carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding goals.

  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly present Kinetic Reveal to large groups, tactical account groups and C-Level Executives.

  • BA/BS preferred
