Temporary entry level role supporting production related activities for Kendo product lines. Partners with Procurement Sr. Managers and Managers to address business needs from a data and systems perspective. Go-to person for production data management and cross brand related procurement tasks.



  • Create and maintain product/item master
  • Assist in the management of exception shipment booking, work with production partners to address ship approval issues
  • Assist in the management of PR samples tracking and distribution
  • Assist Procurement team on production orders update/close out/notify Logistics for Transfer creation
  • Weekly publication of open order report for internal and external consumption
  • Assist Procurement team on ad-hoc system requirements and reporting
  • Assist in the cleansing and updating of data



  • 1+ year in administrative, data entry experience
  • Familiar with working in data focus environment and system work
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be strong in attention to detail and data integrity
  • Demonstrate potential in problem solving and initiatives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
