The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for assisting the team in all aspects of the cosmetics regulatory cycle.  This position is the stepping stone to a career in cosmetics & skincare regulatory and other areas of the business. This role is fundamental to the fun, creative, and exciting world of creating new and innovative beauty products.



  • Oversee day-to-day regulatory operations (filings, supplies, shipping, document organization, etc.)
  • Own process to ensure regulatory filings are compliant with deadlines and requirements
  • Maintain the master list of ingredients for the product development team
  • Assist with international product registrations
  • Assist with product testing
  • Partner with Creative teams on packaging and marketing projects to ensure compliance
  • Research all new regulatory updates by region and make recommendations on how to communicate to product development team
  • Additional projects as assigned

  • College degree and 1-3 years of work experience or equivalent experience preferred
  • Attention to detail is your key strength
