POSITION SUMMARY - This is a TEMP role

Independent self-starter responsible for managing brand marketing and creative milestones.  Ensures key deliverables for creative templates (e.g., Kento Boxes) across all brands remain on schedule from concept development through final execution.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages development of creative Kento Boxes ensuring brand consistency from initial strategy through final delivery:
    • Leads weekly cross functional status meetings with brand, marketing and creative teams to track progress of milestones and ensure deadlines are being met
    • Develops status reports detailing progress of key milestones: global brief development, marketing strategy alignment, kickoff, creative development, photo shoots, creative reviews, final approval and rollout to International partners
    • Proactively identifies any project challenges and helps to resolve the issue directly
    • Develops strong relationships with internal cross functional partners and International teams
    • Routes Kento Box creative in Proof HQ for approval; resolves questions on artwork
    • Creates final Kento Box folder and organizes final assets for release to International partners
  • Manages creative deliverables & photography assets
    • Releases final art files to cross functional partners
    • Uploads new photography assets (product & beauty) onto server and BOX
    • Communicates to cross functional partners when new imagery is available
    • Regulates all art files and imagery on BOX and ensures assets are saved in proper folder system
    • Partners with brand and marketing teams to clarify photography/art usage

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in retail or agency
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
  • Proficient knowledge of computer programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ProofHQ, SmartSheets
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
  • The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated
