Job Description

The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Bite, Kat Von D, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Ole Henriksen and Fenty Beauty.  



We are a growing team managing all aspects of four brand ecommerce sites on the Demandware platform:,,, and The successful candidate should be self-motivated and willing to roll up their sleeves, in addition to providing strategic analysis and insight. We need someone who can dive in and contribute with driving initiatives from site roadmaps, data integrations, and site enhancements.



  • Execute short- and long-term product improvements to bring existing digital products and practices into their full potential, and develop new products
  • Analyze current experiences and suggest enhancements
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners, external vendors and Kendo brand ecommerce managers
  • Working cross-functionally, write requirements for new products/features
  • Lead internal team in QA and troubleshooting efforts; work with external developer team to get them resolved
  • Analyze data to unearth issues and propose enhancements



  • Motivated self-starter who can manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to analyze data, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  •  Familiarity with ecommerce trends and best practices
  • Solid understanding of digital technology and basic UX principles
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with website developers, business users, and cross-functional partners
  • Collaborative worker who can adapt to change
  • Familiarity with the Demandware platform
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
