POSITION SUMMARY

Independent self-starter responsible for managing creative projects from initial concept through final execution.  Partners with cross functional partners to ensure clear communication and projects remain on schedule.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages creative projects from start to finish to include marketing, brand tool kits, education, and digital projects:

  • Creates individual project timelines to ensure each project remains on track
  • Develops a master status sheet to track all projects by brand. Reviews status at weekly meeting with cross functional partners to determine prioritization
  • Develops strong relationships with cross functional partners; ensures project objectives are met with flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Proactively identifies any project challenges and helps to resolve the issue directly
  • Maintains file organization on creative server and BOX; opens job numbers and creates digital project folders
  • Routes approved artwork on Proof HQ; resolves questions on artwork

• Manages development of creative tool kits to ensure brand consistency:

  • Manages schedules for tool kits based on International launch dates
  • Leads bi-monthly meetings with cross functional partners to review tool kits and strategy          

•  Archives creative and photography assets

  • Releases final art files and ensures files are saved to server and BOX
  • Uploads new photography assets onto BOX & communicates when imagery is available
  • Regulates all art files and imagery on BOX and ensures assets are saved in proper folder system

•  Coordinates photo comps for upcoming photo shoots with brand and marketing teams

                                                                                                             

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in retail or agency
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
  • Proficient knowledge of computer programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ProofHQ, SmartSheets
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
  • The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated
