50% Digital Education, 50% Field

The Field Education Executive is responsible for the implementation and administration of training activities that bring brand  DNA, storytelling, and product passion for Kendo Brands (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Ole Henriksen, KVDVB, Bite Beauty) to life in the SEA region. The Field Education Executive is responsible for appropriate localization of education activities and lining up the timing of activities to suit each local Sephora Education Team.  

The Field Education Executive will be the point of contact for Sephora BA’s and Store Managers and will report on Store needs, Store Observations, Cast Feedback, Measurements of Success and Sales. The Field Education Executive will support brand animations, pop ups and the Fenty Shop-in-Shop at Sephora ION on a regular basis.

The successful person will be an influencer; savvy in social media, and comfortable to connect with BA’s across SEA using digital and social platforms. This person will embody the Kendo values to present credible skincare information and make-up application in casual selfie social videos, via online classroom training, and in store animations, workshops and events when permitted.

This role will work closely with the Omni Retail and Education Manager. The Omni Retail and Education Manager will maintain productive cross-functional relationships with both internal (Global, Brand     and Marketing teams) and external partners (retailers) to support the Field Education Executive with Clear Brand Objectives, Training Calendar, In Store Activities, Competition Guidelines, Teach-It-Back Content, direction on Social Posting.

The success of this role will be determined by: Brand Ranking, Launch Targets, Sephora Cast Member Contribution, Pre and Post Training Learning Lifts.



Education Programming & Reporting

  • In collaboration with the Omni Retail and Education Manager, support the customization and translation (where necessary), of training materials in line with regional guidelines to suit the local markets.
  • Deliver training that is credible, provide engaging  brand experiences and provide data-rich, measurable impact.
  • Follow-up post training with in-store coaching / store manager meeting, to ensure training effectiveness and position to achieve business goals.
  • Responsible for all logistics and administrative work around training sessions including classroom setup, hard and soft copy tools,   gratis delivery, testers and promotional uniforms.
  • Identify local market specific education opportunities that KENDO Brands can drive through trainings.
  • Create and maintain a social profile to share latest product news, brand updates and social buzz video’s.
  • Prepare report of weekly education activities and share with the Omni Retail and Education Manager.

E-Learning and Webinars

  • Roll out SEA approved e-learning modules to strengthen selling behaviors  in the region
  • Familiarize with functionalities of relevant e-learning platform, like Elucidat, to maintain up to date e-learning modules on Brand Story, Core and Newness products
  • Keep a record of each module shared to local markets and measure date release, unique participants, cast feedback and the program  impact (sales results, brand ranking).
  • Act as host-support for live streaming webinars – manage the chat function, interact with cast, manage Q+A.
  • Coordinate Webinar timings with local markets and ensure target group is in attendance.

Field and Events Support

  • Support the Fenty SIS in Sephora ION with feedback on stocks, VM, signage, cast feedback and digital tools. Book regular artistry days in Sephora ION to support launches and hero products.
  • Utilize Global and Regional Education Tools to replicate brand looks (adapted for SEA markets) and act as a brand ambassador to demonstrate and sell in store for events.
  • Make monthly store check ins on top 5 Singapore stores to report on Store needs, Store Observations, Cast Feedback, Measurements of Success and Sales.
  • Run 20 minute In-Store Briefings for Top 5 stores in Singapore during newness or launch periods. Create your own fun icebreakers and retention games for cast.
  • Recruit and Train freelancers where required for launchpads, pop-up or marketing/PR events.
  • Share consumer and competitor insights gathered from floor in cross functional meetings, enabling  informed business decisions



  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience required
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet competing deadlines; maintain creative   and active problem solving to drive on time and quality delivery for all projects
  • Strong make-up application skills including the ability to present product application and accurate information to a wide audience
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to inspire Sephora cast to contribute to brand success
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
  • Flexibility to take on new responsibilities based on business needs and expansion
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills— Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel
