EMEA HR Project Manager

Kendo is looking for an innovative EMEA HR Project Manager to:

  • Lead and deliver transversal HR projects (Comp & Ben, Talent Management, HR operations, …) to guarantee operational excellence and support our HR transformation to successfully scale-up
  • Develop and improve HR processes and systems towards state-of-the art and agile practices
  • Facilitate the HR community and pro-actively support Change Management
  • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the HR and people strategies and their implementation.
  • Co-builds action plans with the HR community and facilitates their implementation. Reports in “project mode” on all HR roadmap actions on a regular basis, with all the specialists.

Key Accountabilities

  • 1. Project Management
    • Design, formalize and monitor project plan to ensure project success and operational excellence in terms of planning, deliverables, quality, being cautious of costs
    • Define planning and detailed action plan for each steps of the projects. Define & monitor KPIs and ensure progresses
    • Ensure coordination across group specialists and local HR team
    • Prepare and facilitate operational committees and minutes risks, decisions and next steps
  • 2. HR policies, practices and systems
    • Support HR policies and processes definition and improvement to improve employees, managers, candidates and HR experience.
    • Propose improvement and simplification actions. Support industrialization and automation
    • Coordinate HR processes: performance, onboarding, offboarding, … and support HR Group specialists actions: C&B, Talent management, Recruitment, …
    • Ensure HR processes are correctly implemented
  • 3. Support change Management and communication
    • For all stakeholders: HR/Managers/employees, design and deliver efficient change plans, including communication & trainings
    • For operational HR: create and facilitate a HR community to strengthen HR Systems harmonization, best practices and impact
    • For the HR team: support communication
  • As part of your role, you will mainly act on 3 areas

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

  • Higher professional or university degree in Human resources with a minimum 3-year proven experience in mid-size to major international companies as an HR professional or an HR consultant with project management skills
  • Project management skills: Rigor, synthesis, strong structuration skills. Ability to work in project mode across the organization. Successful track record in drawing up plans, projects, and policies and managing these convincingly.
  • Operational skills: ability to deliver projects and processes autonomously with a hands-on approach and to understand operational needs and constraints.
  • Communication skills: ability to onboard and mobilize teams on new projects (HR transversal projects, upcoming integrations, change management). Ability to deliver impactful communication.
  • Strong HR functional knowledge and understanding of HR challenges
  • Excellent command of English
  • Collaborative & Multicultural profile: ability to actively involve colleagues in projects, in a multicultural environment. International experience, flexibility, team player and prior experience working in an international matrix organization.
  • Overall, strong appetite for HR projects and for planning, anticipating, formalizing and delivering precise information, with the right level of flexibility and collaboration.
