Our ecommerce team is growing! We are hiring an ecommerce specialist who will assist us across key aspects of the business, including: product launches, site merchandising, setting up promotions. The eCommerce Coordinator works cross-functionally to help ensure messaging and campaigns are consistent and delivered on time.



  • Helps to create, update and QA brand assets in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) platform including:
    • PDPs, homepage assets
    • New product skus
    • Marketing content
    • Promotions: coupon codes, special offers.
    • UGC curation
    • Data replication
    • Tagging videos with product
  • Site merchandising updates
  • Partner with ecommerce manager to create and execute linking strategies, monitor product ratings & reviews, communicate new products and promotions to the Customer Service team
  • Assists manager monitoring and optimizing site sorts and search results based on analytics on a weekly basis
  • Helps manager monitor sites for potential inventory and/or sales issues
  • Partners with Product Management to QA site
  • Partners with Copy team to create SEO copy, leveraging SEO consultant and best practices
  • Assists Manager to test, refine, and execute best in class navigation
  • Supports team when needed to brief copy and creative for email and site updates
  • Works cross-functionally with marketing, creative and social partners to secure assets and copy



  • Motivated self-starter who can manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Collaborative, adapts to change, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) Business Manager, and Google Analytics preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, beauty and/or retail
  • Passion for beauty a plus
