POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Management Coordinator will be responsible in assisting the Travel Retail team in all brand efforts, supporting all Kendo brands. It is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity with exposure to many aspects of international duty free markets, travel retail and brand management. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, strong project management and organizational skills, detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Director of Brand Management, Travel Retail with expansion opportunities in new markets and doors for long-term growth
  • Foster and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Assist in maintaining promotional calendars, assortment master, pricing master, product launch calendar and other key business documents
  • Coordinate with team on managing key elements of the business (e.g. visual merchandising, GWPs, gratis program, etc) and communication with internal stakeholders
  • Perform market and competitive research in order to identify key opportunities and make recommendations to drive the business
  • Monitor product launch performance in market and provide quantitative and qualitative results
  • Assist the team in developing presentations, ad-hoc reporting, analysis and other administrative tasks, as needed

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required plus 2-3 years of related business experience, color cosmetics experience preferred but not required 
  • Previous exposure to international (beauty) markets a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing and customer service-oriented
  • Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and work within matrixed organization
  • Highest levels of professionalism at all times, calm under pressure
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently and within team
