The salary range for this position is $103,654 - $129,568 based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. As a Content Manager on our Brand Marketing team, you will support content creation for Fenty’s marketing campaigns and digital experiences. You will support our Content Team to manage and execute compelling customer-centric content across Fenty’s digital channels.

You have a passion for organization and an attention to detail. You possess strong project management skills as well as a strong creative eye. You love the beauty industry, are an innate storyteller, and can drive the process of bringing ideas to life. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, are a self-starter, and are able to manage, and collaborate with cross-functional team members and partners.


  • Create internal content briefs and kick off projects with internal and external creative teams
  • Help track content delivery for marketing projects, including creative/content development, organizing and tracking assets and timelines, setting up processes, tools for efficiency
  • Collect and manage project feedback from multiple sources and stakeholders, internal and external
  • Help conceptualize and oversee execution of creative content, ideas, and experiences across content and platforms that will make an impact on our consumers, with an emphasis on storytelling
  • Stay abreast of market trends, cultural insights and content trends to build into marketing plans
  • Provide clear and comprehensive direction and feedback to the Creative team
  • Analyze performance of organic and paid social content and incorporate insights into future content decisions


  • 5-7 years in marketing or content creation
  • Results / action-oriented with strong process, work-flow and project management skills
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and native products
  • Multi-channel content creation and production project management experience
  • Solid grasp of marketing, cultural, and consumer insights, ability to synthesize information to generate actionable insights
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail
  • An ability for both strategic and creative thinking, balanced with a strong business acumen
  • Strong grasp of core marketing concepts
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to work collaboratively with other functions
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple priorities, project management experience
  • A sense of diligence, accountability, bias toward action and healthy sense of urgency
  • Ability to roll up one's sleeves to do whatever it takes get the job done

Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.
