The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Bite, Kat Von D, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Ole Henriksen and Fenty Beauty. 



The Video Production Associate Manager will be responsible for efficient coordination of preproduction and post production of all Kendo Brands video shoots.



  • Initiate vendor paperwork (including NDAs, requests for new contracts, new vendor paperwork, check requests, etc.)
  • Acquire product from brand, PD, or marketing to be used in video shoots
  • Coordinate delivery of product to and from video shoots
  • Track advances and invoices on SmartSheet
  • Submit invoices for approval and payment by accounts payable
  • Maintain record of vendor payments and follow up with outstanding invoices
  • Customize model releases per project and per usage specification
  • Distribute model releases to agencies for signatures and resubmit to legal
  • Document model usage charts, updating SmartSheet database
  • Create casting review documents with model’s images
  • Order props for video shoots when necessary
  • Schedule shoots including booking product stylists, makeup artists, hairstylists, etc.
  • Help source wardrobe for shoots
  • Assist with day-of coordination of shoots (getting lunch, greeting crew, setting up studio, picking up equipment, setting up craft-services, etc.)
  • Maintain hard drive archive
  • Create product shot lists/shot guides for crew
  • Schedule meetings for producers
  • Help route video files for feedback on ProofHQ
  • Archive final videos on Box
  • Source music for video productions
  • Help maintain organization of studio equipment



  • Bachelor’s degree required; plus strong interest in video production (background is not required but is helpful)
  • 4+ years of business experience
  • Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, focus on detail, problem solve, multi-task
  • Must possess good organization, meeting management, time management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High quality standards
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Great team player with strong project management skills
  • Likes to have fun and make great work!
  • Macintosh Operating System, Microsoft Office, light Photoshop & InDesign, Adobe Premiere a major plus but not necessary
  • Some travel may be needed
