POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Manager is responsible for helping to manage International Marketing for Fenty Beauty, supporting regional partners and bringing the brands global strategy to life internationally. Responsibilities will include project management, creative brainstorming, event planning, artistry events, media planning, and influencer and press relations. The Associate Manager has a unique opportunity to collaborate with numerous departments, including regional marketing partners and PR agencies, Brand Management, Social, Creative, and Influencer Relations, with exposure to a range of areas within marketing: PR, events, influencers, creative briefing, social marketing and media. The role includes both independent and collaborative work. The candidate should have experience managing a wide range of marketing activations with a commitment to timelines in a very fast environment. This role will report directly to the International Marketing Manager, while also working closely with the Global Marketing Manager and Influencer Relations Associate Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Fenty Beauty International Marketing Manager in day to day operations across all international markets
  • Collaborate with regional partners to execute global campaigns and regional marketing plans
  • Work closely with International Marketing Manager and regional teams to plan yearly marketing calendar
  • Help create and activate successful international marketing programs that build consumer awareness, trial, and brand engagement
  • Oversee day-to-day event logistics, timelines, approvals and creative development with internal and external partners
  • Support international partners and agencies as needed
  • Manage and track monthly international marketing calendar
  • Consolidate and create recap / overview documents for international marketing activities
  • Help execute international media plans; brief creative as needed, manage asset turnover
  • Work closely with Brand Management team to coordinate planning and logistics
  • Support International influencer gifting and outreach
  • Spearhead meeting planning, logistics and any note taking/admin needs
  • Oversee meetings, agendas, and tracking
  • Manage international PR product and asset needs - forecast quantities for events and International PR / Marketing needs, track availability, manage budget, and ensure on time delivery
  • Process all invoices with Accounts Payable, log each invoice under the payment’s respective budget code, and follow up with all vendors and AP on any payment questions
  • Be in the know on industry trends, pop culture, international landscape in order to support & ideate with the team
  • General marketing support; help marketing team in other areas of business support as needed

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience
  • International experience a plus
  • Experience working with or at Sephora in some capacity is preferred (or similar beauty retailer)
  • Passion for beauty and Fenty Beauty
