The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Bite, Kat Von D, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Ole Henriksen and Fenty Beauty.  



Our ecommerce team is growing! We are currently a lean team managing all aspects of four brand ecommerce sites on the Demandware platform:,,, and We need an all-around ecommerce specialist who can take on many aspects of running the business: site launches and merchandising, prepping customer service materials, and working across teams to ensure messaging and campaigns are consistent and deliver forecasted results.



  • Own the end-to-end process for product launches: brief in copy and creative; upload, maintain and QA all product catalog content: copy, images, and pricing; own launch timing and manage status at the sku level
  • Execute and QA all promotions: coupon codes, special offers, etc
  • Brief in copy and creative for site updates; upload and QA new assets across desktop and mobile versions
  • Monitor and optimize site search results on a weekly basis
  • Monitor sales and, working with ecommerce manager, create a merchandising strategy for the site at the category and product level
  • Own and update UGC across the sites
  • Analyzing site and search metrics, suggest content strategies and work with ecommerce manager to execute
  • Monitor sites for potential inventory and/or sales issues
  • Email/Digital Marketing
    • Brief in copy and creative for all marketing emails
    • Deploy all marketing emails
    • Relaunch current triggered campaigns with updated creative, copy
    • Brief in copy and creative for direct response digital marketing channels including paid social and affiliate
    • Partner with Digital Marketing agency weekly to analyze results and maximize ROI
  • Customer Service
    • Manage educational materials (training, product information, gifts) for customer service team.
    • Manage bi-weekly calls to ensure on brand client experience and service is delivered



  • Motivated self-starter who can manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with website developers, business users, and cross-functional partners
  • Collaborative worker who can adapt to change and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
  • Familiarity with Demandware Business Manager preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience
