The Associate Brand Manager, International, Marc Jacobs Beauty drives the day- to-day International business together with regional Kendo offices in Paris, London, Dubai and Singapore in order to bring the Global Brand vision to life. This role serves as the brand liaison for internal cross-functional and international teams, owning key communications and updates around all areas of brand management. The Associate Brand Manager will manage sales and business updates, product assortment, pricing, activation and launch strategy, visual merchandising and education initiatives.  



Brand Strategy and Management

  • Assist in localizing global brand strategies together with international brand teams, while working with a multitude of cross-functional partners to successfully execute  
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal teams including NA brand management, channel planning, supply planning, marketing, education, creative, global product and operations
  • Maintain updates and share out of key business documents including global launch calendar, international deadlines, discontinued items list, price lists, product presentations etc.  
  • Connect dots between global product updates and international regions, circulating updates and impacts to relevant cross functional teams in a timely manner
  • Presentation preparation as well as on-going support for management meetings
  • New market launch and distribution expansion projects

Product Assortment & Visual Merchandising 

  • Responsible for managing the brand assortment globally and communicating changes to appropriate business partners; includes new launches, pipe changes and discontinued items
  • Support in setting global pricing in line with margin targets, plus managing updates of key pricing documents
  • Work closely with global visual merchandising and international teams to execute seasonal merchandising updates
  • Work with global product team to ensure product briefs are updated with international distribution and ensuring cross-functional teams are aware of international requirements and nuances per new product launch

Reporting & Research

  • Provide monthly executive sales recaps, key initiatives performance and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Research global competitive and product benchmark in order to identify product opportunities and trends and make recommendations to drive the business
  • Make recommendations based on research and sales trends

Asset Management

  • Co-lead comps, gratis and sampling management for international regions, including budget tracking
  • Briefing in creative asset requirements for all product launches inclusive of education materials, dot com assets, in-store animation, photography, videos etc.
  • Global asset drive, updating and share out



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of related business experience, Beauty or Retail industry preferred
  • Previous experience in Brand Management, Merchandising, Buying or Marketing required, Prestige Cosmetics a plus
  • Must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented
