Talent Acquisition Specialist

Jun Group is looking for a talent acquisition specialist to help us find outstanding executives across disciplines to fuel our growing business. The successful candidate has a history of finding, attracting, and evaluating world-class talent, as well as developing and managing the processes that make successful searches possible.

The person we are looking for is passionate about people. She or he has sixth sense about talent and the analytical and communication skills to back up that intuition.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • developing and implementing strategies for acquiring world-class talent across ad operations, sales, marketing, technology, and finance;

  • executing broad and efficient talent searches using referrals, online job postings, existing contacts, and social media;

  • conducting thorough, pleasant, and effective candidate interviews

  • evaluating candidates across multiple departments and experience levels for competencies in a variety of diverse skill sets

  • managing schedules and coordinating interviews with department heads and hiring managers

  • creating, organizing, and managing a comprehensive candidate database

  • tracking search activity and optimizing strategies and tactics on an ongoing basis.

 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital recruiting experience at agencies, start-ups, or established firms

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proven history of attracting and converting top candidates into new employees

  • Multilingual: must speak tech, ad operations, account management, and sales
