Marketing / Design Intern Spring 2017 Responsibilities include:

  • Create sales materials such as infographics, invitations, one-sheeters, etc.

  • Create content for social media channels 

  • Help out with research, writing, editing, and promotion of editorial bylines

  • Execute client-facing presentations in Powerpoint and Keynote

  • Help coordinate logistics for client-facing events, sponsorships, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the digital space
  • Proficient with Photoshop, Powerpoint, and social media platforms
  • Available to work at least 3 days a week (30 hours max)
  • One previous internship experience preferred

Bonus Points:

  • Our advertising internships put you on the front lines of social media, online video, and branded content. You will work with multiple departments, including Marketing, Sales Planning, and Ad Operations. We are looking for a Photoshop wizard who is passionate about marketing, design, and the digital space.

Marketing / Public Relations Intern Spring 2017 Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with serving as an in-house reporter gathering story ideas and writing research bylines for distribution to tech publishers

  • Support with written materials including press releases, media alerts, pitches, and related content

  • Monitor media coverage and compile comprehensive quarterly media reports

  • Update our website with news, press and content

  • Develop strong industry relationships with tech-focused industry writers / publishers

  • Vet all press inquiries and help draft company responses

  • Collaborate with various departments to create sales materials

  • Curate and help create social media content

  • Help coordinate events and other special initiatives including company parties, monthly gatherings, and video content production

  • Maintain content and speaking calendar to ensure that we pitch conferences and industry events on-time every time

Requirements:

  • Experience in a public relations or communications role with an agency, tech firm or other company
  • Passionate about the ad tech industry
  • Proficient with Keynote,  Excel, Powerpoint, and social media platforms
  • Available to work at least 3 days a week (30 hours max)
  • One previous internship experience preferred
  • Preferred someone who knows the media tech landscape and has some industry relationships
