Ad Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We're looking for a recent grad to join our ad operations team. This is an entry-level position with lots of responsibility. The successful candidate will be intimately involved in multiple digital ad campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. The position reports to our head of production, and it's great way to learn about the digital ad business while building invaluable skills.

Responsibilities include -

  • Building custom, immersive rich media ad experiences

  • Design desktop, mobile, and native ad units in Photoshop using campaign assets

  • Quality assurance testing, including testing implementation of pixels and javascript tags

  • Analyzing performance metrics

  • Troubleshooting technical issues on live campaigns

  • Interfacing with Operations, Sales Strategy, and Tech teams

  • Generating reports

  • Serving as the central point of contact with third-party partners

  • Supporting management, account managers, and sales team
