Account Executive (Outside Sales) - NY

We're looking for motivated Account Executives to build revenue growth through new customer acquisitions. The ideal Account Executive will have experience building a territory and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.


  • Create and develop a robust and predictable pipeline of new customer relationships
  • Aggressively prospect, evaluate and drive sales
  • Plan, prepare and execute sales meetings with decision makers, mainly at ad agencies, marketers and publishers
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and KPI goals
  • Consult with clients at all levels to help identify new ways to drive their business forward
  • Coordinate with internal partners to drive top line revenue growth by closing deals in line with company strategy
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams to consistently drive innovation
  • Track account developments in CRM system


  • 2+ years experience in direct (outside) sales
  • Experience developing sales territory and building a book of new business
  • Proven success hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Ability to self-motivate and excel individually as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Agency experience and/or contacts a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
  • Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eagerness to learn/contribute
  • Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills with natural ability for consultative and solution based selling
  • Willingness to travel – up to 30%
