JobTarget is looking to bring on energetic Account Executives to grow our customer base and help our clients meet their talent/staffing needs. This position is perfect for someone who is a hunter with strong interpersonal skills and a burning desire to be part of a fast-paced, high growth technology company.

- Sell OneClick products and services to employers
- Effectively penetrate enterprise accounts and establish new business sales relationships via telephone and face-to-face meetings
- Manage a defined territory and develop relationships within that territory
- Meet and exceed all individual quotas for sales of online service through cold-calling
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales projections
- Travel to trade shows/events to promote and attract new employers when appropriate
- 3+ years new business / hunting sales or related business experience
- Must be comfortable selling in a 100% new business sales role
- Excellent phone skills; comfortable making 50+ cold calls daily
- A solid understanding of computer software, hardware and Internet use
- Ability to engage, cultivate and close new business
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- BA or BS degree in business, marketing or communication preferred
