Responsibilities

  • Support JobTarget’s job board customers (“partners”) with respect to ongoing issues or questions and changes to their job board’s features, functionality and display
  • Provide high-level, professional customer service for partners
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails from multiple partners
  • Assist partners in understanding website and career site functionality
  • Manage new job board launches (the process of building and making a job board live on a site) for new partners
  • Ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new partners
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure timely and accurate launch
  • Be flexible and use good judgment when providing solutions for customers
  • Present yourself to customers in a way that reflects JobTarget as a positive and professional organization dedicated to customer service
  • Effectively manage customer questions and concerns regarding the launch process
  • Handle a large volume of phone calls and emails
  • Take initiative to prioritize, manage, and complete projects with very little direction or supervision

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks and create relationships with partners
  • Highly articulate and professional
  • Handles pressure well
  • Hard worker, self-motivated and driven to succee
  • Extremely organized
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and Internet applications
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or communications preferred
