  • Responsible for the performance and success of Marketing & Communications for or in regards to the OneClick product and JobTarget.

  • Write and manage all content for our website, update and manage existing content, and effectively write content optimized for search engines

  • Write and manage all content, including emails, print ads, online ads, trade shows, special kits, brochures, sell sheets, and sales tools

  • Write all internal and external press releases for JobTarget and our constituents

  • Track and report on requested Marketing and Communications performance

  • Research industry-related information

  • Traffic all Marketing and Communications projects to internal and external teams or vendors, overseeing and prioritizing to meet deadlines

  • Manage OneClick trade show program, optimize presence and ROI of approximately 5+ events each year

  • Manage JobTarget and OneClick social media strategy and channels

  • Effectively maintain and manage the marketing contact database Marketo and Salesforce CRM.


  • Coordinator with exceptional writing and editing skills (must have sample writings) who is proactive and highly organized

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication ability

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Understanding of marketing and advertising creative and production processes

  • Highly attentive to detail

  • Ability to stay motivated and work independently 

  • A good working knowledge of all MS Applications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English or any equivalent combination of education and work experience
